The participation fee is non-refundable
Participants without at least 15% of the activity points attained by the highest achiever will be considered inactive participants (Quarterly evaluation)
Participants who have been inactive for three consecutive terms shall not be eligible for automatic free renewal Inactive participants will get a chance to continue once in a lifetime with due approval from the head office.
If 80 % of total participants do not agree to a participant or a chapter governor continuing in the chapter, they will be dismissed( this process can only be initiated by the Chapter Governor or Head office)
Any misbehaviour, hate speech, disrespecting other participants/visitors inside the conclave will not be tolerated at any cost, this will lead to immediate disqualification, participants are advised to strictly limit themselves to their business promotional activities.

Wroom Business Conclaves obtains the information you provide through the registration form.
When you register , we may use the information you provided us across Wroom platforms to enhance your experience in the organization and to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
